A NAHPI student receives an award at REFORUM
The University of Bamenda, in partnership with the government of Cameroon, The Ministry of Higher Education, The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, The Universities of Buea, Dschang, Ngaoundedre and Maroua has successfully hosted the 19th Annual General Meeting of The Regional Universities Forum (RUFORUM) from October 28 to November 2 with the theme: “Transforming higher education to sustainably feed and create prosperity for Africa”. The event was under the distinguished patronage of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul Biya.
NAHPI actively participated and made The University of Bamenda win a price. Engineer Neh Sandra Jolie, a current student in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, NAHPI, received an award due to her Bachelor of Engineering project titled “Design and Realization of a manual and Motorized beans shelling machine”.
Before then, she represented NAHPI at SOUP, a professional orientation and academic Symposium, at Palais des sports, and at the National Higher Education day with the same achievement.
